Board of Directors

Warakirri's Board of Directors is a governing board with a diverse group of directors, each of whom bring many years of experience and expertise in their particular field. The Board's membership follows.

Barbara Gibson Chairman	Barbara is Chairman of the Board and became a company Director of Warakirri in May 2005.  Barbara was previously Group General Manager, Chemicals for Orica Limited. Barbara is a Director of Penrice Soda Holdings Limited and Nuplex Industries. In 2003, Barbara was awarded a Centenary Medal for services to Australian Society in Medical Technology.
Ray Wilson Non-Executive Director	Ray is the founder of Wilson Dilworth Limited and was Chief Executive until 2000. Ray is Chairman of Velacor Therapeutics Pty Ltd, former Chairman of Hastings Funds Management and a former director of MCS Property Limited.
Jane Tongs Non-Executive Director	Jane is a corporate adviser and a Director to a number of Australian companies. She is a Director of Run Ltd, LCM Healthcare Ltd, Catholic Church Insurance and Netwealth Holdings Ltd where she is Chairman. Jane has an EMBA from the Melbourne Business School and a Business degree from RMIT and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Institute of Company Directors. Jane has 20 years experience as a senior executive and company Director in both private and government owned Infrastructure, Funds Management, Insurance and Property bussinesses. Previously, Jane was a Financial Services Litigation Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
John Nolan Managing Director	John is one of Australia's best known investment professionals, with an outstanding reputation internationally. John's role at Warakirri is Managing Director. John is also Chairman of the REST Investment Committee. In 1987 he established John A Nolan & Associates (now JANA). Prior to founding JANA, he was Director of Finance and Administration at the State Electricity Corporation of Victoria (SECV).
Ian Rohde Executive Director	Ian came to his current position as an Executive Director in 2010 after being Managing Director since 1996. Previously, Ian was an asset consultant with John A Nolan & Associates (now JANA) for more than six years, and one year with William M Mercer Campbell Cook & Knight. From 1977 to 1988, Ian worked for the State Electricity Commission of Victoria (SECV) in a variety of treasury, accounting and middle management roles.
